Hi,i need some professional advice how to beat 4-3-3 formation.My opponents has a low team quality but he never lose.I tried 4-1-4-1 and 4-4-2 but it failed.Any idea how to beat this formation?Thanks :)

Does his defenders come forward?
Why play 4 at the last line, try 3 and a dmc, with 4 or 5 in the middle
im not sure if his defenders come foward or not.did u mean 3-1-4-2 formation?ok,i will try.

I've won quite a lot using 4-3W-1-2 with mixed passing for home match and/or I'm a better quality team and 4-1-3W-2 with long passing for away match and/or the opponent is the better team.
The idea to beat this formation is to exploit both flanks because all the opponent's players are on the center.

i win using 3-5-2 flat.the result is 2-1..i think this formation is good enough to beat 4-3n-3.

its not about team quality its about the starting eleven quality , take all rating divide by 11 that's your teams strength . you must attend the match , and make sure you give orders if you see ur team is struggling then pick he's weakens by focusing passing trough flanks and rather not going trough the middle. and try not to play all players in attacking keep your back 3 in defense mode and your mid and fwd in anticking .always let the goalie be in free mode. also try mixed passing rather than short , never pick long passing as this is easy to give away possession rather keep the ball. make sure last 20 min of the game or 30 go very attacking.
try 4-4-2 hex... counter attacks both flanks...
any V/formation. Try also 4-5-1V
Played last night and won 4:0 (away).
4-1-4-1 arrows on ml/Mr. Defensive, counter attack, down both flanks, normal tackling, mix passes.
Try 4-3n-2w-1...
