Use 4-3N-2(AML/AMR)-1 Normal mentality,flanks up, attack flanks, own half, with counter,mixxed pass

4-3N-2W-1 is an aggressive formation. So if I were you I would start with 4-1-4-1, defensive (away) or normal (home) mentality, down both flank. long passing and counter attack. If In the middle of the match I think I can dominate the ball possesion I would add AMC and change my formation to 4-1-3W-1-1 or add a forward in 4-1-3W-2 formation.
One of the top 3 team on my league use this strategy. I use 4-1-3W-2 on away match and got draw 2-2 on home match I use 4-1-3W-1-1 and won 3-1.
