Can 3-1-4-2 handle 4-5-1 ??

Hello all,

I'm level 3 newbie. i wonder can 3N-1-4-2 beat 4-5-1 (i use 4-1-4-1 in my first encounter and he beat me real hard )?? my 2 others MC are suspended so i only have 2 MC available.
or 3-5-2V maybe to face 4-5-1 ?? need any suggestions. thx.
