how to counter? formation and tactics please !

Facing a defensive formation like this you should be very patient. If I were you I would use a defensive counter attack formation like 4-1-4-1 to read the opponent strategy at the beginning of the match and change to 4-1-3W-2 with normal mentality in the middle of the game if the defensive mentality is not working. But I wouldn't go for attacking mentality just to be cautious.
