    I'm not sure but try 3-1-4-2, mixed passing with counters, put blue arrow on DMC and attack from the flanks.

    Your guessing. - i would say simply stick with a formation like 3-5-2 dominate the midfield. Players that have unbalanced formations very rarely win.
