Best formation against 4-1-2-1-2 WD?

Hello guys,

What is best formation to use aganst a 4-1-2-1-2 Wide Diamond, a bit better then me? Arrows, orders are welcome :)

I'd go with 3-1-4-2 mixed passing with counters & down both flanks. & place blue arrow on dmc.
If your team is stronger use short passing and no counter to gain more posession.
