Unhappy How to beat 3-0-2-3-2 (3 levels higher)?

Hi, I'm new here. I've been reading the forum from the back seat, and manage to resolve most of the formation tactics just by reading through the guides.

However, I'm due to face this Lvl 6 Pro (I'm only Lvl 3) in the Cup matches, whose formation I have yet to stumble upon:

    ------ST*----ST-------
    --AML---AMC---AMR--
    ------MC*----MC------
    ----------------------
    ------DC*-DC-DC------

He seems to be heavy on attack, but lack defense. My thoughts are Counter Attack (tick).
He's average quality is 29.4, but has a good GK (36), DC (35), MC (43), and ST(38) which I've put a "*" in the formation above. My average quality is 31.3, I don't have any particularly good player, they are all averaged out 5*.

My plan of countering his formation is 3-2-2-2-1 (butterfly):

    ----------ST---------
    --AML----------AMR--
    ------MC----MC------
    --DML----------DMR--
    ----DC---DC---DC----

Any advice if it will work? Currently don't have any DML.

    Cheers.

Yup! I just won with narrow over this formation last night. Mine was blue on all defenders, no arrow for DMC and red arrow for the rest. Short passing , through the middle, counter attack, defense/normal.

    Good luck!

If you prefere to be more carefull, since the gap between managers is 3 levels, you can try 4141.

4-3n-2w-1 defending, mixed passes with counters.

    Hi

Here to update the score. opponent changed his formation just before start to 3N-3W (MC, MC, ML)-2(AMC, AMR)-2 (ST).
I switched to 4-5-1V and manage to win 4:0 against a Level 6 Pro, which is 3 level higher.
