How to play against 3-4-3

Well, the cup match is coming (second match (knockuot stage)). The first match I won 1-0 now what should i do? His tactic 3-4-3 and great defenders.

Hmmm , 3-4-3 is my formation .. i lose 3 match only with this formation .. play 4-4-2 or 3-5-2 or 4-4-2 but like this
