Arrows, attack mentality and pressure

So im pretty much new here and i see lots of pages with "how to counter this formation" and so on. But what difference does red/blue arrows and attack mentality do? When should i use man-man vs zone mark and so on?

Well, basically red/blue arrows on player are used to fine-tune your tacks depends on your opponents formation, make particular players more defensive/offensive-minded to cover needed areas of the field. Attack mentality make the whole team going more defensive/offensive. Zone marking system is commonly used by players, man marking applying only against some strange, illegal or assymmetical formations.
