Can anyone Help me to Counter this tough formation?

i have an important game that I MUST NOT LOSE against a team that is playing with this formation

He is a little stronger than me, my team quality is 71.3 and his team quality is 72.4.
So can you tell me please with which formation should i play and what are the orders that i must give?

Normal, mixed, own. Blue arrows 2 DC and DMC, red arrow ML, MR, AMC

It is a good formation, but against this one, go 4-1-4-1.
Attacking, and all the rest on mixed, normal.
