I need your help or advise.
Tonight I have an away match vs weaker team in CL. Home match ended as 2:2 and today I need a win.
He uses 3N-5-2 flat formation and I'm wondering which formation and orders I should use.
I attached my squad.

I think your initial proposal is good. As you need a win, consider changing one of your defenders for a striker, maybe in the second half if still tied, playing with only 3 DC (blue arrow). If you start scoring, consider putting your wingers in ML MR positions, no arrows. Probably your opponent will use defensive mentality with CA, so my advise is don't play counter attack, use normal mentality, play offside trap if your defenders are faster than his strikers.

I used normal mentality, man to man marking, whole pitch and offside trap.
All in all I won but the match was very tough.
