How to beat 3-5-2 weird formation

Hello guys... tomorrow i have a match with a guy who plays like this :

So is it better to play :

3-2-3-2 diamond against that or 3-2-3-2 with AMR-AML ? And if i have to play with AMR-AML should i play with both down flanks?
