Only experience I've got with this formation is yesterdays CL semi finals match which I've lost 0-1.
1st loss of the season for me. I looked him up and he is 1st in his competition only 1 loss and rest win.
So tomorrows return match is D-Day.

Mentality defensive or normal?

Defensive as the other player has 3 strikers .
And your Aml and Amr should counter his formation .

What do you mean with your aml and amr should counter his formation, putting red arrows on them?

The team your playing has no protection down the left or right wing so you Aml and Amr should cause all kinds of problems .
And no Arrows at the start see how your doing if your losing then add up Arrows on the Aml and Amr also add Up arrow on Dmc it will make it into a extra Attacking Mc . And If your winning just leave it as it is .

You ever heard of: "The curse of the 4-5-1-V-Style"
Well it's about a bloke losing all 3 titles in 3 days because of unexplained magic voodoo stuff performed by Nordeus pirates.while trying to steal tokens from others. They did one of there ships engine repair magic voodoo spell but a nasty fart at the same time mess up the so called time warp dust poisoning filter, which started an irreversible gangbang bootyhole all spark ignition, creating an vacuum sucking black-hole, which believe it or not .... got stuck in a Bangcock-boot-loop. Team got sick from this whole experience and never recovered. Here in park some player is still running in-side-out backwards after 2 years yelling "genocide is sexy" and stuff like that.
But what it all boils down too is the fact that I changed to 4-1-3W-2 and won 2-5 in a very beautiful match where all players from both teams had match ratings not lower then 7 and a lot of 8's and 9's.
