I think narrow diamond could be an option. Maybe you can use 4-1-3N-1-1 as a variation of ND to gain more ball posession, given that he has a scout player. Good luck!

Not sure, if you have good dl and dr, they can be enough to stop his AML an MR. And you will dominante the center with you 2 MC, DMC and AMC.

prolly is blue arrow on his aml so count it as 4-3W-1-2. I would play 4-1-5V,red arrow on dr,optional amr,aml....normal or defensive mentality,down both flanks,own half,mix passing,hard or normal tackling,counter on
