i think 442 classic can handle it.
seems your opponent are attacking with 3 am.
normal first, if your enemy worse than you, switch to attack.arrow on two wings, mid and def.

here is the logic:
4231 has no dmc, so amc can be alternative. but you must match your opponent mc, are your opponent 2 mc are better than yours? if it better, better play with 442 classic. 4 against 2. at least 3mc player to suround 2mc players. 2 wings defender beat 2 am (amr and aml). 1 dmc beat 1amc. now it depends on your striker, can they make goals?
so, i think 442 classic are better to handle it.
Its better to use 4141 or 4132, otherwise is AMC will be able unmarked.

or insteed of amr and aml, change them to mr ml. If you go for amr and aml then play long pass, red arrows for dr and dl so they can cut off his amr and aml and then your amr and aml make all the problems. ofc you use attack from the flanks. attacking mentality would be good and zonal marking with counter attacks and offise. if you have better defenders use man to man

The game is over and I loose p 5:3 .
I use 4-1-4-1 normal with counter attacks. The other manager was supported by 4 friend I was alone:(
I start watch the game after 35min. Ball possession was 48:52 for me. My striker f.cked me! I am not
