Is 4-3W-3 the season's best module?

As for the 4-4-2 classic in the last 2 seasons I'm having a lot of trouble playing against this module, even if my quality is 3-4 points better.

And I see every day more teams using it in all competitions.

I tried 4-5-1V and 3-6-1 butterfly but it is very hard to beat.

Does anyone else experienced the same?

Uhm, no.. 4 4 2 is still the hard one in my league.
Expressed above is my own opinion. Your results may vary.

I have beaten 4-3W-3 every time this season with 4-5-1V style the formation that gives me alot of trouble this season is 4-2-2-2 hexagon , and also 4-1-3N-2 seems disturbing powerfull this season

4-3N-1-2 demolishes it. You tried to counter playing on flanks too and probably with reds on AML/AMR which mae your midfield uncovered on flanks with a 3-3 ratio of players. a 3N setup gives away 2 of your mcs to mark the sides while the other one marks his MC. The free AMC (no reds) can then spot the weak middle (no dmc) while the aml/amr would suffer the MR/ML on the other side while playing on flanks too. Finally, red arrows on DL/DR make you gain 2 more midfielders when you attack, completing the domination of the midfield.

Thanks for the advices but my orders were different.

I used mixed passing and no arrows, my intention was to dominate the midfield.
In fact we had the same ball possession dispite of his full attendance and I made more shots on goal.

I'm first in my league (with 6 managed teams) and I'm going to play the cup semifinals (in 2 levels above tournement) and I have problems only with this module.

Anyway, I tried 442, 451v and 361 with no results, so in return leg I'll try to attack using your module

And what orders do you recommend? The analysis seems to be good
