Help to beat 4-2-2-2 weird formation

their quality is better from me in the front of the pitch,but their defend is pretty bad
my squad is short of attacking mid and defensive mid
can anyone suggest the best formation to beat this one?

Try 3n-1-3w-2 or 3n-1-4-2 defensive with counter attacks

red arrow on the mr and ml
and blue arrow on my dmc
defensive and i played long ball

now my opponent is using 4-3n-1-2,and i will try 4-5-1 v style
will it works?
