i want a good formations and orders

i have a strong team but i won hardly and sometimes i lose the match against weak players!!

ok ..but my team average is going to be 22 after i got a player at defense have 27...and i play against teams average 14 and 15

His teams much the same as mine and ive won all my leagues (4 titles), 2 champs leagues (runner up the other year) and ive been runner up in the cup twice.

I refuse to pick a team for him though, ill help with orders once hes got a base formation

depends from the server you are, in my server you cannot finish top 5 with this ratings, but in some of my friends servers he would propably go undefeated, if your opponents are really weak and do not watch the games, just set a legit normal formation, like 4-4-2 or something like this

your team is good but u try to to but mixed orders
when u r losing the game u try to change tactics maybe opponent put counter tactics to ur one

Every other order on normal, mixed.
No counter, no trap.
Watch the games, and adjust depending on the oppozition.
Watch the player grades.
