This looks like an extremely defensive formation which could be turned into a more ofensive one if this guy would add red arrows on his DML, DMC, and his DMR. You could be facing a 352.
I think I would use 3412, I would add red arrows on your ST's, I would also add blue arrows on your two DC's that are covering his ST's, just to have them stay in place when you are pressing the whole pitch, normal mentality, hard tackle, pressing the whole pitch, mixed passing style. I think that it could work with your AMC and one additional red arrow on him to keep his DMC busy and to possibly tear a hole in his defence to open for your two ST's.
