I personaly think your team does better with an attacking Aml and Amr as you can counter other teams but it all boils down to other team's formations and quality .

What is better formation with wing or no

It depends. If ur opponent has weak wing backs or no wing backs at all, then wingers are the first thing to play. But if ur opponent has good DL and DR or DML and DMR then it is better to put AMCs MCs and STs and go through the middle. In real life football, almost all teams regularly play wingers but in the game it depends on the situation. If u have strong and in form wingers who score a lot then fer nothing and play them as much as possible as the first rule is to make ur best players play.
