What's your opinion on my team? How can I improve it?

I don't play this game very long so I'm wondering what you guys think about my team. I've 3 million to spend and I'm at the start of level 2 at the moment.

I play Attacking or defending depending on my opponent and the other settings on default

You need a player with free kick ability ;)

I wish I had the tokens to buy a scout player. I can't find a decent player with that ability on the market.
