what is the best vs 3-4-3?

I`m goiong to play against 3N-4-3 and after 3 failed matches i really want to win.
Could anybody advise which tactic is the best vs 3-4-3?lvl 4?my overall rating a bit higher 32 vs 30.3

A win is a win Bro you want a more stable score then hard train your players and give them special abilities you will get better quality and better scores but it will cost you to get better quality you will need tokens the more you have the better quality of your team !!!
