    no counter or offside

    4-5-1V will easily beat this formation. Attack the flanks and red arrows on DL/DR. Blue arrow on DMC if your squad is weaker than his. His AMC is only 3 star so I don't think you will need it.

    Formation used? Your quality vs opponent's avg quality?
    Tactics can only help you to a certain point. Team quality is much more important.
