Why I can't Win ??

I had the same problem in the recent game. I played 4-3-2w-1 versus 4-1-3n-2 just like you. In the first half he was outplaying me, at the halftime I was losing 0:1 and my goalie made 5 saves. The thing were really bad. At the half time I substituted one of my midfielders for DMC to make 4-5-1 V style formation and the things went better, my team tied the game. Then I switched to 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond and scored 2nd. I have no idea why it worked, but my team won eventually.

You can see the stats are close, but he had advantage in the 1st half and my team took over control in the 2nd.
