Hello I need help beating this 4-5-1:

My current formation is:

DR--DC--DL

AMR---AML
--ST--ST--

Normal mentality, both sides, own field, mixed passing, zonal marking, foce counter, no off-side trap

What counter formation should I use with mentality and so?
