What is the best vs 4-5-1V?

Hi guys, lookin for some advises how to play against 4-5-1V?

normal
through the middle
whole pitch
tackling hard
passing long
zonal
force counter
no offside
up arrows on DL and DR and 3MC'S .

if your quality is better than your opponent use the up arrows on mc's if your opponent has a better quality put an up arrow on your middle mc if you are losing add them to the other two .
