How to beat this strange formation 4DC-3MC-1AML-2ST

Hi everyone

I have a league match against this opponent. We are Level 4 but this guy has a stadium of 43000 with all other items built to max. He has also bought players which are on 44, 43 kinda levels with every player having a special ability. Must of cost him a fortune.

My match is tonight and his formation is

Please can you advise on the formation I need to use and orders to counter him. Please bear in mind I do not have an AML, AMC or AMR. I have everyone else.
