The Tricky Formation. Need Help how to beaT !!

So here is a formation i need to beat to win the cup and Legue in couple of days i posted this a bit sooner so i get more opinions. Here is notorious formation . Attachment 17427

We have almost same quality.I post this a while ago and i got sugestion of 3 - 5 -2 flat whic i tryed and lost to some other team with much lower quality but same formation as one abowe. So pls if anyone has played against it and have a solution i wuld apriciate it.

I played against it last season and won with 4-5V-1 and motivated DL, DR, focus on flanks and mixed passing. But it was a close win.
