I just played against 4-1-2-1-2 ND in the cup semifinals. The first game on the road was 2:2. I had 4-5-1 V style formation and was down 1:2 till 90th minute. In the rematch I used 4-3N-3 flat and won 7:1 with attacking, through the middle, long passing, own half, no offside or counter. My team's quality was just slightly better:
