Help on weird 3-2-3-2

I have a final against a formation 3 (2dc 1 Dr) 2(dmc,xml) 3 (Mc) 2(st), quality differences is only 1* in my favour.

Any suggestions please folks.😃

That formation is illegal is it -

I would use 4-1-2-1-2 have not seen that formation before but 4-1-2-1-2 should counter attack thru the middle is your quality better ???

By about 1.5 * to the better, so not much in it
