How to beat defensive 4231???Need help please!

Hi , today i play against a defensive 4-2-3-1 formation.
This one :

4DCs,2DMcs,ML,MC,MR,ST
He is something about 6 quality stronger then me...but my team is good...Its not so that i 100 percent have to win...a draw is good too.Now i use 451V style.

Please show me the counter formation for this 4231....register that i dont have ML,and an DMR.

I would be very happy if someone here could help me.

3-4-3 Counter, attack both flanks, short passing, normal tackling, no offside, red arrows on wingers

Your AMR can play an MR, no issues there.
