hard/normal tackling (normal if opponent is more than 5 qualities weaker)

yes, I have used this heaps of times, and it works absolutely fine. if short passing isn't working for you then use mixed passing, but for me short works much better.
Dont work for me lost 4 games in à row now, before never lost
I have also same formation and I have tried a lot of combinations, but hasn't found the best one yet. Anybody else have suggestions about this formation? It should be one of the best formations ( attacking ) in this game?

well, thats how i do it and it works fine for me. however, you shouldn't always just use one formation. use multiple formations, because 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond can be countered by formations like 4-1-3n-2 and 3n-5-2v style. and those orders maybe your team adapts to making them play good.
