How to beat a 4-1-4(AML,AMC,AMC,AMR)-1

i'd probably go for 4-2dmc-3n-1. this formation should counter his defenders and give you more balance down the middle. Also 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond is not a good suggestion, as putting an AMC would be pointless as he uses a DMC to counter it.
4-2dmc-3n-1 would be played with through the middle, attacking, mixed, zonal, own half, hard tackling, no counter and no offside with red arrows on middle MC and the two STs.

What will using red arrows on a ST do? or blue arrows on a DC when they cant move forward or back more?

Im also curious vs what formation can this 4-1-4(AML,AMC,AMC,AMR)-1 be good to use against?

I looked at that link before posting but didn't find this formation, the 4141 in that list is not this one.
