how to beat 4-2-2-2

my play with 4-2(MC)-2(AML-AMR)-2(ST)

i'm 54 and he's 52 (quality), but i always find difficulty to beat him.

i usually play with 4-4-2 classic, but i've already tried another formations (and aways lose or draw)

Any ideas to beat him??
