Best formation against 3W-1-5-1?

His team quality is 28.1 and mine is 27.1

I need to win this match 100%, so what do you suggest?

hello, go with 3-2-2-2-1 butterfly
attacking, down both flanks, short, hard tackling, zonal, own half, no counter, no offside with red arrows on AML/R and ST.

note: this works for me every time, 3-2-2-2-1 always works for me against flat formations.
