Need help to beat 3W-4-3

I really need to help to beat 3W-4-3 formation . Please help me the formation and tactics . I'll have a match at 9A.M Sunday

Notice : His team have 2 defenders and 2 strikers are old . 33 years old both strikers . I wonder could ages effect to condition and they will weak and slow ? If it effect i like to play 4-5-1 with defend and counterattacks but i just a noobie. Hope some help , this is a important match . I will be kicked out Cup if lose this match .

4-2-2(AML\R)-2 .. this works well I think

you can use 4-2-2 classic or 4-1-2-1-2
