How To Beat 4-3-2(AML-AMR)-1

His formation is this:

And his Quality is 17.4 and mine is 16.1.
I have player for every position.So I can do any formation you say.And if you can tell me the tactics too that would be really good.
But the match is tonight so i need help :)

my favourite way to counter this formation is using the 3-2-2-2-1 butterfly. attacking, down both flanks, short passing, zonal, own half, hard tackling and no counter and no offside. red arrows on AML/R and ST
