How to beat strange formation 3N-1-2-3W-1

My opponent uses the formation 3N-1-2-3W-1.

How to counter this formation?

I was thinking of use this formation:

4-1-3N-2

DL--DC--DC--DR

2 ST to score
3 MC's to battle with his 2 MC's
1 DMC to block his AMC
4 DC's to defend flank attacks


How about the orders? Will this work?

Team Orders: Mentality: Defensive, Focus Passing: Through the Middle, Pressing: Own Half, Passing: Long, Marking: Zonal, Counter Attack: Yes, Offside Trap: No.

i've played this formation before and won using 4-1-3n-2. use that with attacking, mixed, mixed, zonal, own half, hard tackling, no counter, no offside, arrows on middle MC and STs.
