How to beat 5-3w-1-1

I have not seen this before but he has a Strange Formation

His Team (just the 11 guys that play) have an average of 60.7 (Range 56-72)
My Team (just my 11 guys playing) have and average of 71.3 (Range 76-66)

What is the best way to beat him!?
I can play almost every Position except DML/DMR

I would try 3W-5-2 V-style.
But i'm level 5, and you don't have to listen to me.

I tried a 3N-5-1 V Style and i won 3-1 in his Stadium, it seemed to be good, because he was watching the game and so he had 13% more ball possesion, but in the stats it was 49% for him and 51% for me.

I am pretty sure I´ll win the second match at home easily, but with that big difference in the teams, i am not sure at all, whether its the tactic that made me win it :-)
