Win against a good 3-3-3-1

what do you think would be best to win against this formation (3-3-3-1)

First match I played at home and the game ended with 1:1 (Champions League). I played:

DC(35)-DC(33)-DC(31)
MC(32) Red Arrows-MC(32) Blue Arrows -MC(35) Blue Arrows
AML(31)-AMR(31)
ST(29)-ST(34)

Ball possesion was about 60% for me and doubled shoots on goal. Nevertheless i playes a draw.
What do you think should I change in the next game. I need to score 1 one more goal at least.

I played with "both flanks", "Short Passing", "Man to man", "normal"


What do you mean with playing a 4-3-3

I tried to play against a friend with the same formation and played a
4-3-1-2

MC-MC-MC
AMC
ST-ST

-> Was worth a try, lost 0-4

Then I tried a 4-3-3

DL-DC-DC-DR
MC-MC-MC
ST-ST-ST

that was definitely a better build. But I'm not sure If i played with the right tactics, I tried long balls, which decreased the ball possesion. Ended 1:1

Opinions?

schöner Monolog hier, dennoch würden mich andere Meinungen interessieren.

Ich habe 1:0 gewonnen, jedoch war das Ball-Verhältnis 50/50%
Scheint auch noch nicht das ideale Build zu sein. Hmmm heute in der Nacht habe ich das Duell und weiß noch nicht wie genau ich jetzt antreten soll. Meinungen von euch?
