how to beat 3-5-2 V Style

as the title says. How to beat 3-5-2 Vstyle.
the formation:

aml---------amr
----mc--mc-----
------dmc-------
----dc-dc-dc----

anybody any idea?
i tried 4-5-1 Vstyle motivated dmc, dr and dl.
stats:
Normal
Both flanks
passing mixed
tackle normal
counter attacks on
ofside trap off.

i lost with 0-1.

Dont worry about your formation or your team tactics mate,game is completely random,there is no logic,no managing,not even the player qualities matter much,they just help you to get better odds during the game being played in the text mode..

here is an example,same formation,same tactics,completely different player quality look at the score...So enjoy it when you win,dont bother to be sad if you lose
