It looks like 4 3 2 1 Christmas tree.
What is the suitable formation to win over this formation.

this is an illegal formation as he has 3 wide players either side

Illegal formation almost if not always loss to 4-4-2, 4-5-1, 3-5-2, 3-2-3-2 and other legal formations, just use well known formation such as 4-4-2 and as long the gap between teams aren't high, chance for victory is at best.

That's an illegal formation...You will win anyway...There is very minor chance of loosing only if your team rating is much lower then the opponent...
