Which formation is better to beat 5-3N-2?

Which formation is better to beat 5-3N-2?
3N-4-1-2 or may be 4-4-2 who is better?Please somebody to give me advais!!And which orders to use?

I think 3-5-2 will be good. Mixed passing on the flanks. CMIIW.

go with 3n-5-2v style passing down both flanks

i played 4-3-1-2 and won 3-2 against it...had a player sent off too but i had the better quality too by 3 points....hope it helps u...in 4-4-2 i won 4-3 after leading 4-0...after my experience i think best formation would be 3w-1-4-2 down both flanks mixed passing....just my 2 cents
