He has world class MC's and scout st and Dc's

He is the leader of my league and had never lost a single match. Draws may be.

Please suggest a formation for me and what arrows and tactics i should use.

I am trying to use 4-3n-2-1 against this formation. Last time i played at his ground used the formation 4-1-2w-1-2 and lost the game by 3-2

4-4-2 c. Attacking mentality, down both flanks, own half, mixed passing, zonal marking. Without counter attack/offisde trap.
