Previous season I was playing 3-4-1-2. These season I bought some good players and 3-4 scouts and play 4-3N-3. With my 38Q team against 23Q team at home I won only 2-0 and many misses and unsuccessful passes. Does my team need time to get accustomed to new tactics or there is no such feature?
