How about 4-1-2-1-2 ?
hmm he is attacking with 7 players
so i should go for defensive formation to get control over the match and counter him
and 3-5-2V is the counter for 4-1-2-1-2 ( i shouldnt play this)
His Formation is:

Ok, now i don't care with your match ;) cz there's no advantage for me.
and i promise that i will not help you. Remember! defensive formation is doesn't mean you can't make big victory.

4-4-2 would work for 3-2-3-2 (3DC, DML/DMR, 3MC, 2ST)
But this is way too attacking.
Well It is up to you if you want to suggest something, i just say my opinion here.
You can 4-1-2-1-2. try it
if you do not use narrow diamond
Try
5-1dmc-2mc-2st (red on dl and dr)
or
3n-3w-1mc-2aml\amr-1
(k pare tou ta sobraka)
Just an update guys, used 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond and won 0-4.
