tactic orders for 4-3-2w-1

as the title suggests, can you help me with the tactic orders?

it depends what formation do you want to counter... but when i use 4-3-2W-1 i always use attacking mentality, pressing the whole pitch and short passing , no counter, offside only when there is no AMC .

what are your criteria to play short passing?

what i did before was as long as I had MR/ML i went with long passes, without MR/ML I went with short passes.
