If was me i'll go for a 3N-2-2-2-1 Butterfly. But i think 442 classic do the job.

He's using an illegal formation which gives you 80% possession for starters.Go 4-4-2 and take the red arrows off your dl/dr.His weak point is the middle of the pitch so i would defend the flanks and attack down the middle.
