About LinkBacksMy team's average is 19.1 ... I play against teams with average 13.5-14.5 but i can't win. Most of the matches comes 0-0 or 1-1. My formation is 4-1-2N-1-2 . Please help!

can you pls tell your arrows and orders? i m sure i will find the problems
I dont put arrows now... I try to put at DR AND DL... Orders : attack , through middle, mixed passes, press own half
i would try it with high pressing and short passes. maybe mixed passes with Counter attacks can be helpful. sometimes you Need the offside trap for high pressing with red arrows on dl and dr.
otherwise you can Switch from attacking mentaly to normal, too.

no i dont think so. now you can try the orders in friendlies. if you are not successfull after trying, you can still choose another Formation. but first you should try this.
I usually set up tactics that does good counter for opponent.
Few things I'd like to suggest you:
1) Check form of your players before tactical changes, they won't have effect if some player is out of form.
2) Change mentality according to opponents strenght; if opponent has equal quallity, then use normal, if he is much weaker, you could switch to attack.
3) Change passing to mixed. When your opponent has 5 mildfielders, you could try long passing. That is mostly useful when you have strong opponent. Watch passing % during the match and change it if % is low.
4) You can use red arrows on DL and DR, but when opponent uses formation with AML and AMR, turn off those arrows!
