Hello im new here. im just level 2 and my quality of my team is 24.8 what is far over the other players of my level. Im playing 4-5-1 V-style. But most of the time i dont dominate with my team. Does anyone has a good formation for my team of a good advice?
How old are your players?, are you training them before a match? DONT!!!, what is your fomation settings? you need to be playing matches with condition at 90% or above to get best results.

Age of my players is 25, I dont train them before matches. Formation setting 4-5-1 V-Style DL, DR & DMC Up. Attacking, Down both flanks, Own half, Hard, Mixed, Zonal, Counter ON.
